This is a baiting system that guarantees absolute protection and absolute colony elimination. This is the most effective termite treatment on the market today. Using the Sentricon system allows us to effectively treat your home without drilling or applying termiticide to your brick, block foundation, basement walls, and decorative porches. This treatment is safe for the environment and safer for children and pets because there is no active chemical in the structure of your home. Since Sentricon is a baiting system there is no chance of contaminating ground water so it is also the only treatment possible when you home is served by a well or if you are close to a creek, river, pond or lake. Talstar - Talstar is an odorless liquid barrier treatment that acts as a repellent. Talstar does not eliminate a termite colony, it simply kills the termites that are trying to get into your home. Talstar is lower cost and is effective, however we do not offer a damage repair and replacement policy with this treatment. We will only cover live termite reinfestations.
Dursban TC is our lowest costing termite treatment. Dursban TC is a liquid barrier repellent. Dursban TC has a very strong odor so we only recommend that it be used if cost is the paramount concern and if there is nobody in the structure who will be bothered by the smell. Dursban TC is effective, however we do not offer a damage repair and replacement policy with this treatment. We will only cover live termite reinfestations.
